My whole county owes a debt of gratitude to the gay population here. They have transformed some of the most depressing down trodden stretches of real estate and turned it into a very cool, tasteful place to live. I couldn't afford to move here today. Glad I got in at 1990 prices.

I did kind of bag him. Our first date was a picnic and I brought lunch in a bag. He loved my cooking and asked me out again.
