I would like to make a motto for homeland security.
What are: Always protecting

Always protecting the homeland (state instead of country -patria, if possible)

Semper defendunt (patriam).

I'm not sure what you meant - did you want patria or not?

George, or someone knowing latin, it'd be nice if you could make sure I used the verb right, (should I have used a gerund?).
