"It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog"
Did I quote that correctly? If not - I need whatever is typically said. Could one of you wonderful people translate into Latin for me? I honestly think I seen someone post this inquiry but received no responses.
Got it
Thanks guys - but I found it already.
Non est magnitudo canis in pugno;
magnitudo pugnae in cane est.
George - again - in awe of your skill.....
Can you tell me what is wrong/what is conflicted in this....
non magnitudo canis in punga
sed pugnae in cane est
That translates to:
It's not the size of the dog in the fight
but (the size) of the fight in the dog.
So in the second sentence, "magnitudo" ("size") is
understood and "sed" ("but") is added.
Again, thank you kindly George.
You're welcome, Caitlin224.
