Not much opportunity to keep up with the news, but I thought it was about a "foiled plot" on 9/11 2001. I also heard or read in the Washington Post that Osama decided not to do the west coast attack because it was too risky / unlikely for all to succeed at one time.
So, how is it that anyone in our government "foiled" anything?
