Hey,
i know a person with this problem with their hands - in between their fingers, they have these large bumps that look like water drops. and more keep on coming up.
does anyone know what it is?
i looked on the internet, but there was nothing about it.

Sounds like warts. If that's what they are, they're completely harmless. You can either buy removal stuff or have a doctor freeze them off.
