(There's probably a thread similar to this one somewhere on this History board, but I am an impatient person and just checked the threads until page 2. I did search, and there weren't any results. Uh.)
If you could choose to go back in time to any event(s) in the history of the world, what would it/they be, and why?

It might help today's world to go back to the time of Abraham. I'd wipe out the entire Abrahamic clan and rid the world of some fractious religious fanatics.
