My father made a living as professional chef, so I figure edgar oughta cede responsibility to me (although that might prove disastrous).


...and of course the chicken will be tender...a pile of burned beyond recognition chicken ashes should be good and tender....if not a wee bit dry.

Chicken the way my granny did it - batter of flour, egg, milk - whatever - fried up in Crisco - with smashed up taters and loads of creamy gravy. And a corn on the cob.
