Illogical.

If we are agreeing to disagree, then we are not disagreeing.

The double negative in the first example is one of that class of honourable double negatives, used for emphasis, that one may find in much great writing, including Shakespeare.

The second is used as normal, and points out a paradoxical impasse, oh Germ.

Remember when we were in school (my generation) and we had take cover drills. When the teacher said "TAKE COVER," we all dropped to the floor facing away from the window. We crouched down and covered our heads with our arms. This was to protect us from nuclear attacks.

So, when I say "take cover," you'll all do as I've described above, and don't get up until I give the all clear.

Are there any questions?

Only if we're playing Monopoly. And I'd rather pass it than be in it.

Now I gotta start wondering what's beyond hell? I don't got enough else on my mind. I don't even believe there is a hell, so how the hell can anything be beyond it?

Not yet. The rational and sane part of me (little that there is of it) knows that it will never happen. The irrational and stubborn part of me still has a few tricks up her sleeve.
