But, tragically for the germ, I was wearing my invisible antimicrobial suit.

Sorry, Jes...the germ is no more.

Not on this occasion.

I felt the germ needed a final, major, offensive to crush his resistance and enable a decent democracy to be established over billions of germy bodies...I only did it for the germs.

The OTHER germs.

The ordinary, decent, Ir...I mean germs who just want to live as I...I mean THEY....determine.

They had yet to be discovered WMDs!!!

Did you press the button?

Huh?

Bet you didn't. Bet you didn't think to press the button. Bet you thought it was just another bit of weirdness. But it's a working button! Press it!

PUSH THE DAMN BUTTON!

Because:

a. You're a vet. Duh.

b. Your analysis (which I assume to be ironic) of the veracity of the clip Gus led us to would appear to imply a knowledge, whether empirical or theoretical I cannot opine, of what such an event WOULD look like.

a) I kissed an orca once. Her name was Sunny and it was her day off. Her breath was horrible. My knowledge of the species extends little beyond that. (I know they've got different languages and cultures, for instance, and that there are two distinct ethnic groups of orcas sharing waters around British Columbia that have little to no interaction.)

b) What, I cannot, as a consumer of film and video, hazard an opinion about the apparent veracity of a particular piece, irrespective of the intimacy of my knowledge of the subject? Can I use "of" more times in a sentence?
