I suspect crayon joined this forum with the intention of ending this thread. When he saw what happened to it he decided to quit a2k forever. So sad! Look what you people have done!!!
We are so bad. So, so bad. I'm leaving now to ponder my part in all of this and how I have contributed to a bad thing that will haunt me for the rest of my days. Maybe even years. At least until I go get an ice cream.

I did something fun yesterday. There is an place in my area, near the bay, that is kept as a pristine wildlife refuge. Aparently there are people who break into the property, and ride around the salt flats in their dirt bikes. The bikes leave ruts on the flats.
At high tide, the water from the bay washes over the salt flats. The ruts divert the natural course of the water, and disturbs the fragile ecology of the area.
Well.................yesterday morning a group of us came to the spot with rakes. We smoothed out a lot of the ruts that had been dug up. It was hot as hell, but I enjoyed every minute of it!
