Its appears that eating more than two portions of Red Meat can alter the DNA in the colon,increasing your chances of cancer,researchers have found.
A`significient' increas in DNA damage was seen ,compared to vegans.
Increased levels of N-nitrosocompounds were found in those who eat a high red meat diet.
In contrast,fibre may get rid of damaged cells.
