It will.
I mean, I do come. Most probably between June 6 and June 11 for tow, three days.
Even if you start a Boston Beer Party.
Nearly booked a b&b for the time June 6 till June 8 by now (waiting for some more details).
Since I'm trying to plan as much in advance as possible ...
... on big question remains: Does anyone know where to book the Boston Duck Tours, how much it costs, how long it takes etc?
That wasn't serious - just joking about the hundreds of such questions on Abuzz, Linkat
You should go on one, it's pretty cool. Even though mine got cut short because of heavy winds, we never made it in the water.
All I knew of Boston before was where all the bars are. Now I know which bar is the oldest in the country.
which one?
(too lazy too look it up)
Union Oyster House? (just guessing.)
That was my guess, too, but I got a critical error when I tried to post it.

Heh, heh - to be honest - I have not seen this question until know. I guess I typically do not select the categories in which such a question usually occurs.

Oldest bar/tavern, Bell and Hand. Oldest restaurant in continuous service, Union Oyster House.
The Bell in Hand claims to be the oldest. The problem is that the Bell in Hand of today is not even on the same site as the original Bell in Hand. I, for one, can well remember when the Bell in Hand was located in Tin Pan Alley, off Washington Street. And I have no idea whether even that was the original site. It certainly wasn't the original structure.
Durgin Park claim they go back to Revolutionary days, but they're a little vague (well, okay, totally vague) as to exactly how.

That place absolutely sucks.

It's an acquired taste. Some people think that the communal seating, rude waitpersons and so-so New England style cuisine are "quaint" and typically Bostonian. I haven't been inside that place in many years.
wasn't crazy about the food at DP.
the rude waitresses are kinda funny...

Nah. It's at Haymarket, near Quincy Market.
