@ossobuco,
We only took pics while we were waiting as I don't think the camera has a flash (or, if it does, helfino how to use it):
First, the place: http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r299/jespah301/JacobWirthGathering06042011.jpg

Then RP: http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r299/jespah301/JayGathering06042011.jpg

And me, staring into the sun:

@littlek,
We could deliver some - if you ask for it before we leave for our tour with Thomas!

@Region Philbis,
They have gotten water to most of Cambridge, but not my neighborhood. I went out for water, so I have some to drink and cook with. I don't have enough to flush or shower! Whee!

@littlek,
Quote:
Water pressure has been restored to most of Cambridge after last night’s large-scale water main break closed down
sections of Broadway and Cambridge Street, according to Cambridge police.
The break occurred at the intersection of Broadway and Trowbridge Street.

Water pressure had been affected across the city. The low pressure and street flooding caused by the break forced
some residents to evacuate last night.

This morning, a small area near the site of the break is the only area still affected by the break, police said.

sounds like it happened very close to your place...

@Region Philbis,
Too close. Apparently. No water until tomorrow am. I'll go to work late.

@littlek,
Just saw that 'water accident' in the news - looked really dramatic!

@Walter Hinteler,
Wow! From what I could see earlier today the road looked ok. In this picture, it looks as if the road was damaged. Or maybe it was just dug up. Hmmm. Still no watre although they are running a fire hydrant. My hope is that this means they are testing the FIXED pipe and getting the air out. We shall see.

(Ulla said that we'll come soon to Bastin again, but it must be below 98° then!)

@Walter Hinteler,
I'm a fan of Ulla (be quiet, Walter) and tread warily re Tomaso as he is too smart, and he knows I like him.

Later.
