I was wondering if anyone knew who said or wrote-

"...the young men will go fight, married men will make arms and transport supplies, women will make tents and uniforms."

I was also wondering if anyone knew who DuPont was? Or what the Italian disunity was?

Thanks Green Witch.

I saw your comments in the art section and I was wondering if you had any expertise on Renassiance Art? Do you know any of the most famous paintings/sculptors?

My focus was on the late Victorian period. I mostly know about The
Pre- Raphaelites and William Morris. I did spend some time in Europe studying various periods, but I would not consider myself an expert on Renaissance Art. Some other folks on this board might qualify.
