He seemed nervous during much of the question period. He actually took a whole 13 questions before he told his audience of 6000 that he had to go to dinner. The missus was cooking dinner for a party and he had to be there.

He also said that some U.S. border guards are actually concerned with catching illegal aliens.

He mention that there is a long, long border to defend against Canada and Mexico. Especially Mexico where illegal aliens are coming across to work illegally in the U.S. He proposes that there be a fool-proof identity card so that the illegal aliens can legally enter the U.S. to work and then go back.

There was more, but I laughed too hard to remember anything else.

You can be assured by law that your child will be given a proper Christian education, that the public train transport will not run on time if there are leaves on the line, snow on the line, in rain, in good sunshine, and that the Labour Party will introduce a bizarre mix of left-wing and right-wing policies that will make you question exactly what side of the political spectrum they stand on.

That's probably why he was stumped. He didn't want to call her a liar. I think her facts are a bit incorrect. They may have cut something, but not student loans.
