When my neice was very young she seemed to have a problem with some flower pollen. She started to eat a little raw honey each day and the problem seemed to go away (hardly a scientific study). I don't know about using the pure pollen, but I'm sure if you Google it you will come up with all sorts of studies and opinions.

I've heard raw honey too, also, it has to be locally produced. So I've heard.
