This is a letter to the General Manager of an institute. Can you please modify it?
Dear sir,
I would like to let you know that three training programs on spoken English are already over. The first one was from 19.12.05 to 21.12.05, the second from 02.01.2006 to 03.01.06 and the third from 09.01.06 to 13.01.06.
Would you please release Rs 1500/- [150´10] for the trainer's payment for the above 10 classes.
