desperate for latin translation

hi i am very desperate to get this translated into latin please?
it is a bit tricky so here it is
HOOK IN DON'T HOLD BACK.
the HOOK IN part means -jump in or eager to get into the thick of things.

This is as close as I can get:

Insili, noli cunctari.

The literal translation is "Jump in; don't hesitate."
