An English to Latin phrase translation help please

I'm looking to translate "God is not dead nor doth(does) he sleep" to Latin, the closest I can get is "Deus est non mortuus neque nec quietus" but that doesn't feel right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"Nec" or "necque" is used to translate "nor" (or "neither"). You don't need one after the other.

You could say:
"Deus nec mortuus nec quietus est."
