Aspartame,an additive used in 6,000 products including diet coke and wrigley gum has been linked to leukaemias and lymphomas.
The body converts aspartame into methanol.
And the methanol is then converted into formaldehyde. Ridiculous.
What I find more ridiculous is that, even though this information is out there, companies will continue to sell these products until they are forced to stop. Absolutely ridiculous.
