Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me please. We bought a Victorian building a few years ago and we have recently discovered a hidden latin inscription above a window on the exterior of the building.
It simply reads:
Parva sed apta
which I think means "Small but....*something*" I am not sure how apta translates, if anyone knows I would be very grateful to know what it means.
Thanks very much in advance!
I think "functional" is the closest one
