I'm glad things worked out with the bad client and that's all behind you now. Onwards and upwards, as they say!

It's great to see that things are working out well for you, shewolf. Working for yourself is very empowering. You'll become more and more comfortable dealing with the 'business' side of being in business. These first few months are a giant learning curve, but it's all worth it in the long run.

Shewolf, you sound like a smart lady. I think what you said to your customer about moving and the resulting service increase was just fine. Sounds like you were very professional about the whole thing.

Wish I could find a good house keeper like you! Keep up the good work!

A flat $5 eh?...... Would you please be good enough to come and give me a quote for a once a month clean in the chamber of pain that I've just had installed?

It seems to frighten the local cleaners away...

The beauty of being your own boss is ... you can get rid of a client if you want to (provided you're financially able to, which it seems you are!)

Well done woman!
