Health Insurance Rates To Go Up Again!

I read this morning that the insurance rates of HMO Blue ( Blue Cross/Blue Shield) are going up about 20% this July, 2003. Reason? Not given.

For those of us, who never are sick and thus never use our insurance, it might be time to start being "sick" and paying numerous visits to MDs to start using our insurance benefits. Otherwise, why have insurance? After all, that rainy day, when we're sick might never, ever come.
