I'm learning English but Mmy speaking is not good. When I speak English, I have to translate from my native language to English.
What are your experiences and methods for studying other languages ?

Same problem here.
However, you can solve it yourself.
Keep talking in English, you can work it out.

I agree with upstudio: keep talking!

Although when writing English you ought to take care about correctness, when speaking I find it helps not to worry about perfect correctness but instead to try to talk as best you can at a reasonable conversational speed, even if that means you make mistakes. The more you talk, the more quickly you will get the rhythm of speaking English, and then phrases will begin to form themselves naturally without conscious effort. That won't happen if you try to work out a perfect sentence in your head every time before you speak.
