Hey, i just want to ask, can evening primrose oil make depression possibly worse, or PMT?
Ive been taking it for ages for period pain, but i have a feeling it could be making my emotions all over the place.
Here is an example:
I took it on thurs and fri, and was sad, didnt take it on sat and sun and was fine, have taken it all this week and have been emotionally over the place, and last night i took three capsules trying to make things better and i was up all night with worry and anxiety.
Coincidently there was a report on TV this morning about supplements.If they are taken in the wrong quantities they can do more harm than good.
Make sure you only take the recommended daily allowance (RDA).
I find paracetamol helps, something like anadin, or you could try those heat pads.
yeah, well ive been off them a week now and i certainly feel less hormonal.
