Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage

I was online today trying to register for the new Medicare prescription drug coverage. I typed in the medications that I am taking, I checked off three pharmacies in my area like they asked and when I was checking the the different plans available in my area I tried to back up a page so I could recheck a plan. Everything stoped at that point. Now I can't get to any of the information that I typed in. I called the Medicare phone number and its automated, no live person. Any ideas on what I can do now? Thanks!
