How do you know if your b/f really loves you?
If you can't tell, he probably doesn't
I think that guys show love for a woman in their own kind of way. Do you agree with me?
I hope you don't mean like, with the back of the hand. Haha...just kidding. Sure, they do. You just have to trust your own perceptions, but most of all you can trust time.
I think it is similar for all men. A man who loves you will show you respect, he will be considerate of your needs and think they are as important as his own, he will never put you down or abuse your trust. A man in love will be attentive, but not overly possessive. He will make you feel good about yourself and want you to be the best you can be. He will treat you as his equal, but still want to protect you from the harshness of the world.
I totally agree with you guys, but how can you keep your b/f interested in you forever??
omg, what if he gets heartburn from tacos, then what? will he leave you?
Don't forget to put sour cream on your taco, guys love that.

What happens if he says he doesnt know if he loves you? but he used to say he did.

That's just scary.
You can't force someone to stay intersted in you. They either love you or they don't.
You sound very young and very immature (not in a bad way). If you have to ask, then stuhs first answer is right. He probably doesn't.
The taco idea seems like fairly good advice.
...provided he knows what a taco is.

Tacos (whatever THEY are) may be a good idea, as it sounds as if it is a type of food that may involve the vigorous usage of kitchen implements during preparation.
