BOGUS PEER JAILED

A man who claimed to be the Earl of Buckingham,a peerage that hasn't existed since 1687 was jailed with his identity unknown.

He used a birth certificate of a dead child.

H even had notepaper headed`Earl OF BUCKINGHAM'
