Wow, my first medical post. Here goes.
I recently picked on the habit of snapping my fingers. Before this, I could only snap my jaw and my wrists - this after going to the gym for some months. By snapping, of course, I mean pulling the finger and getting that nice relaxing feel, NOT the musical snap
. I couldnt snap fingers before, until I started playing with the cellphone for loooong periods of time. Go figure.
Anyways, some people say that this habit could lead into osteo-arthritis or something equally bad... I dont recall the medical term exactly. Is this true? Some state that it wont do harm... probably not good either...
Its gonna be tough to quit this one...
