Translated into what language? or do you just want to know what the saying means? I think you can take it literally and it works.

In Latvian it's Labi barota cuka ir prieciga cuka. (There are some diacrtical marks missing which indicate that the 'u' in 'cuka' and the 'i' in 'prieciga' are both long vowels.)
