English to Latin: Everything happens for a reason

URGENT!
The reason I am making this post is that I am planning to get this tattoo'd, and so even if someone could say YES, that is close enough, or makes some sort of sense in latin, or NO, do not permanently tattoo OMNIA CAUSA FIUNT on your body because it does not make ANY sense... please please please, any type of reply from anyone who has some sort of knowledge of the Latin language.

Generaly Ok.

I would write Omnia de causa fiunt, to accent "for a reason", but it isn't necessary, because "causa" can mean "for a reason" itself.

does 'omnia aguntur de causa' also mean everything happens for a reason????

aguntur and fiunt in this context are synonims

so they mean the same thing then??
just want to make sure before i get it tattooed onto by body for the rest of my life!!!
