My new neighbor has strange middle aged men with fancy cars comming and going, and when she does, she has her blinds all closed. They stay all night and leave late morning with big smiles. They come out tucking their dress shirts and buckling their belts. Could this mean she's a prostitute?
How do you know this? Are you peering out the window, and checking when people come in and leave?
Prostitutes usually do not have their customers stay all night. They usually work on an hourly basis. Maybe your neighbor has a lot of boyfriends.
Maybe she runs a boarding house. Close your blinds and leave her alone.
Anything's possible but what would it matter?

I think you should march right on over to your neighbor's house and ask her point blank. I'm sure she would be charmed to meet such an industrious neighbor as yourself.
I'm thinking of asking her for lessons.
She sounds like she is enjoying herself, which is her business, not her neighbours.
Twitchy curtains/blinds shouldn't be allowed...let her have her privacy.
