I've always wanted to get a tattoo which means something deep for me.

I need help with this translation

"I pay for my past sins"

I - ?
Pay - persolvo
For - pro? is this currect use of the word?
my - meus
past - preteritus
sins - pecco

now someone please tell me if I am wrong here, I do not plan to get it for a few months.

As You certainly know words in latin change the endings according to the context:

exsolvo, -ere, -lvi, -lutum +acc. case =I pay for
meus, -a, -um = my
praeteritus, -a, -um = past
peccatum, i (noun, neuter) = sin (from verb pecco, -are, avi, -atum = to sin/ to do wrong)

exsolvo =(verb) indicative present active 1st person
mea =(possessive pronoun) accusative plural neuter
peccata = (noun) accusative plural neuter
praeterita = (adjective) accusative plural neuter

adjectives and pronouns have the same gender, case and number as noun described by them

any questions???
