I'll say! So when these "people" are breaking down your back door and trying to rob you blind, you're supposed to serve them a red hot pizza? No way.

You get your gun and when those eyes peep through your back door, all you have to do is squeeze that little old trigger...

That'll show those "people"... Laughing

That's a good case of "earthly tolerance"... Rolling Eyes

I found myself getting hypnotized by the pair of rolling eyeballs.

Imagine them peeking through your back door, as you reach for your tidy, little gun...

I wouldn't deliver pizza without packing heat. I think you'd be surprised how many delivery folks do. When getting ripped off means missing a car payment and losing your job, a little extra insurance goes a long way.

Hey sublime, does this mean that you have a working computer now?

Yep, I'm back on the net. I can finally start paying my bills again.

JPB,

I could leave from work and actually walk to the House of Blues. (Of course, this would require intense negotiations with my wife about staying out late downtown.)

I promised to submit a Chicago architecture article a few pages back after I'd gone off on an osso type tangent. Well, I promised, and Sublime actually posted on architecture.

Finally I ran across an article that does interest me (I rejected a few..) and probably you too --

Lynn Becker on potential building along the Chicago River that would occlude view of the Daily News Building... and get between that and its "mate" the Civic Opera Building.

Here's the article --

Endgame for one of Chicago's Great Public Places?

I want to go but I have a doctor appointment. It doesn't seem like I can make it to the lunch.

What time would the lunch be?

(the rest of you should decide on a time, then i will see if i can do both on the same day)

I'm very flexible with my time. I don't know if JPB will be driving or taking the train. If the latter, then the time will, in part, depend on the train schedule.

We should go by whatever time is best for JPB (she has the farthest distance). I will try my best to make it.

It would be nice to have you and Walter there, c.i. (Maybe Walter can pick you up in his private plane.)
