Spaghetti with anchovy/garlic/clams/white wine/parsley/rosemary/slight chili pepper sauce...

or sfinciuni palermitani with anchovies, tomatoes, thin sliced red onions...

He'll be sorry for calling it Cali....

Yaaak! Out of the can! They're used as a sort of salt substitute, er, with some fishiness. I think asian fish sauce is also made from anchovies, not sure.

I actually really like fresh marinated anchovies as a snack, they're like a different thing entirely - but they're hard to find. Only in Ca... lifornia.

Its getting there. The company I work for is selling them all the appliances for the units and we have done quite a few deliveries there in the past few months.
