How's it going? Have you checked in with your doctor yet? (His office should be open for a little longer, I think...)

I have no feeling in my entire left arm and when it itches it drives me nuts. I find that really cold water helps.

Why does it drive you nuts if you have no feeling? Confused

it's wierd the feeling thingy without a show on it's like in sand and sandy feeling and with a shoe on it feels pretty normal

walking barefoot is no fun with a shoe on no problem at all- driving with shoe on is also no problem - and I imagine without it would be a nightmare

Hard to explain Tico. my arm was severely f**ked up from a charge and Ive got a chewed up hand but the real damage is to the nerves which, even though it has no sensation on the surface, will keep letting me believe that it itches way down deep . In that matter I can feel cold only when it gets very close to frostbite.

Husker, trust me, the cold water (very cold) does help me. If I get a spot itch I just take a cube and let it on my itch spot.

Were here for ya Husker, I hope thefever is quick in leaving

I sort of feel like I'm getting over it - but the past 5 1/2 hours have went by pretty fast - so if it's getting killed with out getting worse then that's the ticket.

Husker, I just discovered this thread and read through it painfully. You've been through a lot. Probably got a lot of new hair on your chest. My step-son had an infection of the blood and it was a nightmare to overcome. Hang in there and don't take anything for grant. Make the doctors think of you a lot. Keep on top of them. You have my warmest wishes and sympathy. But from what I've seen over the years, you can take it. But we can't, so get well.

JLN I hardly have a choice - if I and when I do go down I imagine it will be fighting tooth and nail - but you peaceful sounds good.

when I feel up to it I'll share a close call about a week ago - scared the he77 out of me and the closet 3 people I love.

ok - I went to work - couple nitemares sleeping last night - must have been the bad stuff moving out of my body - one can only hope. I'll be taking it easy and forcing everyone to come to my office instead of me being out and about.
