thank god for the family leave act, however a couple months ago my doctors tried to disable me, if that were not enough I have had pneumonia since thanksgiving.

Im sorry that youre still fighting this. We need to talk with you some more. Do you have strength to keep up communication? We can help out there by posting to this thread periodically to check in from time to time.

disability................... almost lol..... little do you know i have applied and they forgot to tell me I was denied, well I thought best not kick the dog while it sleeps, to late to appeal now.
Had to re-apply and now waiting again........... long story
An American appelate judge told me that it is his impression that most of the time most insurance companies turn down claims an average of three times before they come around. So hang in there.

now is not the time to be timid.
Kick that ******* god as hard as you can.
You will be denied more than once. Know that. Expect that. And you will get what you need.
