I am looking for any information on, if there was at all, Queen Akasha of Kemet and her king Enkil. Anything on a being labeled Amel.....documented as meaning 'evil'. I am looking for as much informtaion as I can find, but all I am coming up with is the media-ed version of it. My problem is I need to know if they were real!
Secondly, I need information on life as a person living in France from around 1729 to the eighteen hundreds.
Third, anything on life in New Orleans around the eighteenth century and up....

Queen of the Damned is all fiction from the mind of Anne Rice. All of Ms. Rice's vampire books are fictional characters with a little accurate atmosphere thrown in to move the story along.

You should be able to find information of the 18th century easily in any library or on the web. Just Google things like "life in 18th century france". Tons and tons of information exists. You might want to get specific and search topics like food, politics, architecture, etc. I don't think you are going to find much on vampires from that era.

What exactly are you looking for? There is so much information on this time period I think the problem is your knowledge of how to do research. . 18th century France is extremely well documented.
The internet makes it soooo easy:

This site gives a good list of books:

This site has links to all things 18th century:

and of course you can go to any library - ask a the reference librarian for help.
