Does this sound like a good relationship?

Where:

1. Nobody ever plans a date with specific activities days in advance, unless it's a big event like a fair, festival, or going to a different city - but just for its own sake, only doing the activities you find out are there the second they enter your vision when you're wandering around.

2. When she gets in his car to be together that day, he asks her what she wants to do. If she asks him that, he asks again, and this can loop for a minute until she eventually picks. This happens after every activity ends, until the day ends. When he does suggest an activity in the transition between the day's activities, it's usually to scroll on social media together on a phone, or to joyride in his car around town, which they can end up doing for up to an hour.

3. He buys her everything to eat and at shops, and even sometimes spontaneously buy her gifts she receives, usually toys or figurines. He's able to pay for it all with a warehouse job where he's on his feet all day.

4. When she vents to him in text about her past and feelings, he says everyone who hurt her was wrong, and he'll always be there for her. He says things, always in paragraphs of text only, about how he sees her in his dreams, thinks of her all the time, and wants to make sure she never has to work again. In real life, she will sometimes get quietly mildly upset, which will make him respond with a quiet "I love you", and a kiss on the hand.

5. Sometimes he won't respond to her at all if he isn't already directly looking at her, especially if he had his attention caught by an activity that he decided to just walk up and do without looking at her. If she were to get her attention grabbed by something, she could turn around mid-sentence and find he's already walked yards away from her. She will usually just wait until his attention becomes available or just drop it entirely after a few attempts, and catch up.

6. When they talk, he always waits for her to volunteer any information about herself, always being the one to spontaneously volunteer information about himself, or about the state of his familial or platonic relationships. He doesn't need her to say anything much in return when he does this. When she asks "Does it bother you that I don't remember most of our conversations?" He says "No."

7. She's asked why he likes her, and he's said "You're nice, and pretty." When pressed he's elaborated "You've shown me compassion I've never felt from anyone before." And has at least once that "Talking to you feels like talking to an extension of myself."

8. She may lift clothing or guide his hand to a part, but in silence, he will sit there and breathe hard, or smile and say "I don't know what to do" and be told by her "I'm not expecting you to." He can initiate jokes about sex, joking about "getting freaky in a hotel" bc they pass one only to backpedal with playful disgust about how gross they are. Or suddenly saying they should "do it in the butt" if the bans go through. If she asks how he feels about things, like "Do you want our first time to be scheduled or spontaneous?" He says "I'm not sure" and it's not elaborated on. Even if she asks something like "Do you want to go into a sex shop sometime?" And he agrees, they never set a date or bring it up again. This is the state of affairs even a year into the relationship, without ever having sex.
