How do you keep learning a language as something you want to do, rather than another responsibility you have to keep up with? Do you set a minimum amount of study for busy days, or just leave it alone and come back when you have the energy?

@afiaxx,
1. Why do you want to learn another language?
2. Do you know what level you want to achieve?
3. Is it more of a hobby?
4. Do you someday want to be fluent?
5. Do you just want to know just enough to communicate?
6. Do want to learn how to read the language?
7. Converse in the language?
8. Do you want to just have fun with the language?
9. Do you want to just dabble in another language.
10. Socialization?
11. Entertainment?
12. Academics and career advancement?
There is no right or wrong answer. These are just questions.
