(1) Not just one but several people of note have commented that he seems quite affable in private.
(2) He makes me nostalgic for the good old days of Richard M Nixon.
Not sure about (1). I read that some of his younger aides are so terrified of having their heads torn off that they don't ever give him bad news...
Hmmm,
I guess he makes his dad look like a good president by comparison.
Good things about every registered Democrat in America:
1.........
Never mind.

If you think that's an imbecillic argument, I quite agree.
What? Brandon couldn't come up with one good thing about Bush?
Okay, I'll play... Um, he has nice hair?
He takes pride in maintaining his physique...
I could kick his ass in a fight?
Down home folksy charm which shows his average American middle-class upbringing.

If you can't beat'em make fun of them.
He doesn´t cancel too many prime time TV lineups with pesky press conferences.

Quite obviously, you lack the capacity to beat'em.
He is living proof that you don't necessarily have to be smart to make it in America.
He inspires the unquestioning loyalty of millions of devoted followers.
He will shortly be an ex president.
George W Bush is probably the finest President ever to have been voted in by the peoples of the USA in a totally fair way.
His quick wit, combined with his indepth knowledge of world politics, has earned him respect around the world.
His uniting of the people and caring for the poor has gained him the love of his citizens.
I have not been offered any financial inducement for entering the above comments.

He gives hope to the mentally challenged that they too may be "presidental" material.
