Hello Ruby and welcome aboard
My only exercise most days is a 15 minutes round trip to the shops and back, or occasionally a 1 hour early morning walk before the world is waking up, I like walking under the stars. I've never liked exercise for its own sake, so I only got it as a beneficial side effect of doing something else, either work or hillwalking. Being retired now I am happy with my sedentary or lazy lifestyle
