It's common in my city to not help disabled women do you have similar experinces?

I tried to get help from services who are recommended but I never got any help they only work if they get some money from the state to help disabled people. I have zero health care and they don't hide it that they don't care and want that I kill myself. I am a long time now in my room, and without my mother who buys food and brings it i would starved to death. The people here are very horrible. It could be that I have fetal alcohol syndrome and other genetical diseases. I was abused in asylum by th workers (nurses male nurses and therapists there I am sad that they just make money from people like me but we don't get any good studf in life. They are murderers. I am called mentally ill, I don't can work a job and I have zero friends and only small support from my mother but she is old and poor too. She neve cared about my organical problems she herself is ugly asf and disabled. My father too he abandoned the family and me twice. Nobody judges such basdards. I am
always called ugly, nobody wanted ever to have anything to do with me. I survive only in my room, I can't get outside others laugh and insult me. I am near 30 and life never had any sense. There is nobody who cares, especially in this environment where all people seem to be rightwing. They are too healthy to care. It makes me everyday sad that such people ruined my life. I wish they suffer as I do. They should be sitting lonely in their basement as long as they live. If they try to get help they should get called insults and caged away i to asylums to be abused there too
