the APA version of George's example looks like this:
American Dental Association. (n.d.).
Fluorides and Fluoridation. Retrieved February 10, 1997, from
Http://www.ada.org/consumer/fluoride/articles/fa01.html
notice that you don't give the title of the home page, but you do need a date when the article was created. if you don't have a date, you put in (n.d.), but if you do, it has to be (year, month date), even though the date Retrieved is written month date, year.
also, if this article didn't have an author, the title takes the place of the author, so the citation looks like this (with a date for the article):
Fluorides and Fluoridation. (1997, January 1). Retrieved February 10, 1997, from
Http://www.ada.org/consumer/fluoride/articles/fa01.html
incidentally, George, did the WWW even exist in 1997?
(note: just edited to add a period after (n.d.) in the first citation!)
