Does samesex attraction depends on hormons 99%?

Hi there, a friend of mine got progesteron treatment after suffering years of graves disease or hashimoto with PCOS. It was long time not diagnosed, she was misdiagnosed with mental disorders like depression, borderline, schizotype and such. She talked about it and said after she finally found a good endogrinologist, she got the right treatment for her condition and doesn't feel attraction towards any woman anymore. Her attraction could be a result from the hormonal imbalance and mostly envy, about the women that doesn't suffer from Thyroid eyes who have her eyes as they should be without the illness.
