On some yes. That particular road clearly shows only one side going outbound. You don't think CNN would plant a phoney pix, do you??
NAH... Face it, the Mayor of NO screwed up, the Gov of LA screwed up and the Feds screwed up. I suppose everything went better in Alabama and Mississippi. Biluxi maybe destroyed but I guess they had better communications or better plans in those States.
