gas station lady, it's not my fault you're stupid

So I went for gas and had a close encounter with the stupid. It's hard to not have said encounters as the stupid are everywhere, but this one was more stupid than usual.



Here's the scene.














I pull in.


















I think of myself as a courteous driver so even though the girl isn't making any attempt to move into the empty spot, I still pulled behind the occupied pumps to wait my turn so she can go ahead and utilize the open pump.














My intuition told me this wasn't acceptable to cell phone lady and was confirmed as I peered into my side view and observed Nokia lady wildly throwing her hands in the air like I had just shot her pet koala.















I leaned out of the window and inquisitively pointed to the empty spot at the pumps. Her reply was a vacant gape.















I yelled something like, I don't know, "WHATEVER, YOU STUPID.….!!!", I mean I politely addressed her and said, "Excuse me madam, but don't you realize if you would only just back into the space you can pump your gas and be on your way."








I proceeded to back my truck into the open spot and as I was finished and driving away she still was wearing that blank stare on her mug waiting for an open pump.
