Hi guys -

Looking for a suitable motto in latin for family crest as it currently has't one.

I like:
'Carpe Deum' - I think is 'Seize the day' or litteral 'Take of the Gods'

Trust in Yourself

Faith,Hope,Respect

Treat Others as Yourself

All very wordy which may be a problem.Anyone able to translate into Latin or with any ideas more than welcome.

Cheers guys -Drew.

It's Carpe diem, not Carpe Deum. It literally means "Seize the day" (in other words, "do it now, make the best use of your time, don't waste your opportunities"). The second word doesn't mean "gods".
