do I have a disorder?

undiagnosed rn and my therapist even said she suspects I have a mental condition. here are my symptoms

-self harm /constant thoughts about self harm.
-depressive episodes
-attachment issues
-strong fear of abandonment
-not knowing how to manage emotions (good and bad emotions)
-trouble paying attention
-difficulty following instructions
-lack of motivation
-impulsive spending
-binge eating/eating too much or too little
-always feeling empty
-loss of interest in activities
-outbursts of anger (throwing stuff, trashing my room)
-withdrawing socially
-social anxiety
-mood swings
-easily irritated
-self sabotaging relationships
-hair pulling

I'm no psychiatrist. As mentioned already, an evaluation by a trained practitioner would be preferable. That way, any diagnosis of any condition would be official.
My own "opinion," is that you do seem to fit the criteria for Borderline personality.
Hair pulling is also associated with trichotillomania. This could easily be linked to stressful life events though.

Sounds like you have anxiety and depression. The physical symptoms are anxiety but he mental symptoms seems to be depression. Faith is letting go of issues you face which cause trauma.
