Is there an specific name for a paid parking lot? Do I say a specific or an specific?

Nothing super well known comes to mind for a specific parking lot name but there is the pair, 'paid parking' versus 'free parking'.

There's a pay parking lot over there and there's a free [parking] lot a block down on the right.

Just checked Google;

Results 1 - 10 of about 6,570 English pages for "pay parking lot".

Results 1 - 10 of about 972 English pages for "paid parking lot".
